Conveyors

Conveyor Belts have many uses in today's manufacturing, industrial and many other industries. Bulk material handling, product distribution, and other material transportation needs. A belt conveyor or conveyor belt consists of at least two pulleys, with a continuous loop of material, usually a rubber composite, that rotates about them. The pulleys are powered, moving the belt and the material on the belt. Conveyor belts are extensively used to transport industrial and agricultural materials, such as grain, coal, ores, etc.

Some conveyor belts have sidewalls to help hold the material on the belt. Still others have pockets for vertical or incline conveying.

Conveyor Belts

Weigh Feeder Belts - Weigh feeder belts are fabricated belts used in many material handling plants to measure bulk material going across the belt.

Tumble and Blast Belts - These belts are used in machines that separate materials based on size.

Magnetic Separator - Belts for machines that separate material based on iron content.

Vertical Conveyors - Conveying systems that carry materials up or down an incline.

Components

Scraper systems - To clean material off the head pulley, sometime arranged as a dual system.

Pulleys - Both heavy duty, mine duty, engineered class and standard duty. For use as head, tail, bend, take-up, and snub pulleys.

Skirting systems - Contains dust at the conveyor load point.

Deflection Wheels - Designed for high angle or incline pocket belt systems such as Flexowell.

Stub Idlers - Designed to support the incline pocket belts on the return side.

Guide Wheels - Help with conveyor belt tracking.

Miscellaneous Components - Various chute linings, loose corrugated sidewalls, cleats, weigh feeder belts, V-plow blades, primary scraper blades and mechanical belt fasteners.
